ADRIENNE LYNETT

Associate Director, Research & Analysis

Adrienne Lynett is the Associate Director of Research & Analysis. Her expertise is in pairing qualitative analysis (ethnography, interviews, and content analysis) with quantitative research (survey design and analysis), and she applies this knowledge to media analysis, public opinion polling, and messaging projects. Specifically, she has worked on media analyses of nuclear issues, ranked-choice voting, and militarism, as well as polls investigating attitudes around pro-democracy reforms.

Prior to joining ReThink Media in 2021, Adrienne worked as a journalist at newspapers in California and Cambodia, and as an editor for various academic journals. She has also taught linguistics at UCLA, California State University Long Beach, and Long Beach City College.

Adrienne holds a PhD in Linguistics from UCLA, a Masters in Language and Communication from Georgetown University, and a BA in English from UCLA.

When not obsessing over language and politics, Adrienne enjoys practicing yoga, wine-tasting in her native San Luis Obispo County, and cuddling with her terrier mix, Pablo.
