Eva Galanes-Rosenbaum

As Chief Operating Officer (COO), Eva focuses on the things that make the organization work better, faster, and more equitably in pursuit of our mission. She oversees the systems, tools, and policies that are our internal connective tissue.

Eva is a seasoned professional communicator with expertise in polling, message/narrative, and media analysis. Since joining ReThink in 2013, Eva has led a wide range of projects across every aspect of our work—including benchmark and longitudinal media audits; synthesized public opinion analyses; message research and guidance; needs assessments of movements; and communications trainings. She is a deeply curious data nerd who loves tough questions and putting research to work for progressive movements.

Prior to joining ReThink Media, Eva worked at the World Affairs Council of Northern California and the Early Voting Information Center, where she conducted research on a range of voting reforms and implementation.

Eva holds a Masters with Distinction in Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics & Political Science and a BA in Political Science from Reed College. Even while working—and especially in her off hours—she is usually thinking about food. She also enjoys dancing tango, imparando Italiano, and putting books on hold at her local library.
