Hayley Savino
Senior Communications Associate, Inclusive Democracy
Hayley Savino is a Senior Communications Associate with ReThink Media’s Inclusive Democracy team. In this role she is focused on issues related to money in politics and works closely with state and national partners to fight the power of big money in our political system and advance campaign finance reform issues.
Prior to joining ReThink Media, Hayley worked with a number of other cohorts in the political advocacy space—specifically promoting health equity this past year with the Made to Save campaign and empowering women to GOTV in 2020 with Supermajority. She also spent a few years working on political campaigns and Capitol Hill, where she gained key insights into the political arena and first immersed herself in communications work. Hayley is a native Virginian, having grown up in Sterling and attending undergrad in Fairfax at George Mason University where she majored in Global Affairs with a concentration in media, communication, and culture and a minor in Italian Studies.
When she isn’t working, Hayley enjoys spending time with friends and loved ones—sharing a good meal, going on long walks outside, exploring a new city, or simply binge watching the latest TV show craze.
Educating and empowering our partners to become their own advocates and storytellers in this movement for a more fair and equitable democracy is truly the thing I take the most pride in. Being able to help them shine and achieve wins—no matter how big or small—is why I do this work and will continue in this fight for a more representative democracy.
