Working with all of our teams is a core staff that directs its specialized skills evenly across each effort. The core team includes a veteran of broad, overarching issue-mapping; a lead campaign strategist; a specialist in digital media strategies; an experienced public opinion and media analyst; and an administrator who holds it all together.

For over 30 years, Peter has worked on communications strategies advancing issues of peace, security, human rights, democracy and social justice. He brings that breadth of experience to bear in helping drive every campaign that ReThink is involved in. He has led three organizations - two of which he co-founded - through periods of major growth. Director, Media & Opinion Analysis

Eva takes the lead on tracking all public opinion polls and media coverage, and provides analysis and visualization. Eva has a strong research background and joined ReThink after several years working at the World Affairs Council, briefing the President and CEO on multiple global issues. Prior to that, she served as Associate Director at the Early Voting Information Center.

Digital Director

Dorry tracks the latest trends and developments in social media, and uses that knowledge to craft digital strategies to advance the work of ReThink member groups and collaboratives. She analyzes social media metrics and uses that data to improve digital campaigns. Dorry provides trainings to ReThink members, community, and staff on social media best practices and cutting-edge tips. Director of Operations

Roger Cox brings 14 years of experience doing administration and operations for a wide range of organizations throughout California. Roger has a wide range of knowledge and skills in Finance, Human Resources, Administration, and Technology.

Administrative Associate

From her background in working with arts, education, and youth organizations, Melissa brings a wealth of nonprofit administration experience. She is an AmeriCorps alumna who completed two years of service in State and VISTA programs, dedicated to fostering civic engagement and building organizational, administrative, and financial capacity in communities facing poverty and inequality.

Beau Salant is the Associate on the Research & Analysis team, with a focus on public opinion analysis and targeted messaging recommendations. Beau has a storied history working in political polling and survey research, starting at Emerson College where he received his B.S. in Political Communication.
