Working with all of our teams is a core staff that directs its specialized skills evenly across each effort. The core team includes a veteran of broad, overarching issue-mapping; a lead campaign strategist; a specialist in digital media strategies; an experienced public opinion and media analyst; and an administrator who holds it all together.

Lynn Fahselt
Director & Co-Founder

Lynn is a specialist in media analysis, organizational development, strategic planning, and message development. With 25 years of experience in communications, she completed the original research that led to the launch of ReThink. Looking to learn from others, she assessed all prior collaborative communications models and designed ReThink as a hybrid, combining the best of each.

Peter Ferenbach
Co-Founder & Director of Campaigns

For over 30 years, Peter has worked on communications strategies advancing issues of peace, security, human rights, democracy and social justice. He brings that breadth of experience to bear in helping drive every campaign that ReThink is involved in. He has led three organizations - two of which he co-founded - through periods of major growth. He has run electoral and legislative campaigns, managed coalitions, and built political power for the issues and organizations he’s worked with. Eva Galanes-Rosenbaum
Director, Media & Opinion Analysis

Eva takes the lead on tracking all public opinion polls and media coverage, and provides analysis and visualization. Eva has a strong research background and joined ReThink after several years working at the World Affairs Council, briefing the President and CEO on multiple global issues. Prior to that, she served as Associate Director at the Early Voting Information Center.

Digital Director

Dorry tracks the latest trends and developments in social media, and uses that knowledge to craft digital strategies to advance the work of ReThink member groups and collaboratives. She analyzes social media metrics and uses that data to improve digital campaigns. Dorry provides trainings to ReThink members, community, and staff on social media best practices and cutting-edge tips. Director of Operations

Roger Cox brings 14 years of experience doing administration and operations for a wide range of organizations throughout California. Roger has a wide range of knowledge and skills in Finance, Human Resources, Administration, and Technology.

César Bowley Castillo
Research and Analysis Associate

César supports all of ReThink’s collaboratives by providing research and analysis of public opinion polls and media coverage. César comes to ReThink from UC Berkeley, where he did graduate research on the emergence and communications strategies of rural social movements in his native Colombia. Prior to that, he served as an intern for the Immigrant Rights Campaign at Causa Justa Just Cause.

Intern, Digital Media

Gracie Farese is ReThink's Digital Media intern, splitting her time between the the Digital Strategy and Security and Rights teams. She assists in managing the @ReThinkRights Twitter account and the United Against Muslim Ban Facebook page, designs dynamic content aimed at different audiences, and researches media outreach strategies, outlets, and reporters.

Research and Analysis Fellow

Tim is a Research and Analysis Fellow who provides ReThink collaboratives with public opinion poll tracking, media coverage analysis, and web content generation. 

Tim comes to ReThink from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where he was a teaching assistant in physical and human geography. Before that, he was a governance intern at the Center for International Forestry Research in South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Tim holds two M.A. degrees, one in geography from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and one in indigenous peoples law and policy from the James E. Rogers College of Law. He...

Administrative Associate

Erin is an Administrative Associate, where she works to provide support to all of the collaboratives at ReThink Media.  

Prior to ReThink, Erin worked with formerly homeless families, youth, and people with mental illness.  Erin holds a BA in sociology from Providence College, and a Masters in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh.  She completed her MSW internship in Sydney, Australia, where she helped a nonprofit set up a network of mentors for at-risk youth.

Chelsey Cox is a Social Media Fellow for ReThink Media. She works on several projects, including rapid response assistance by creating strategy tips on responding to breaking news items, social media audits for emerging bodies of work, analytics research, and blog updates. Chelsey is passionate about human rights, racial and gender parity, and brings with her a strong social science research and teaching background.
